As standard, CLARIBag filter bags come in the following sizes:
7" diameter x 16" length (Size 1 filter bags)
7" diameter x 32" length (Size 2 filter bags)
7" diameter x 9" length (Size 3 filter bags)
7" diameter x 15" length (Size 4 filter bags)
These industry standard sizes are designed to fit standard bag filter housings that take 4" or 7" diameter collar filter bags.
CLARIbags come in 4 different sizes ( 1,2,3 and 4 ). Size 1 and 2 feature a large diameter of 7” whilst size 3 and 4 feature a smaller 4” diameter. Size 1 and 3 are both the shorter length option for their diameter whilst size 2 and 4 are the longer option.
Size 1 (7”x 16”) can be used for moderate flow applications ideal for small to medium sized filtration systems often seen in food and beverage production, this makes size 1 an ideal option when space is limited but reasonable capacity is still needed. Size 2 (7”x 32”) is used for high flow applications on an industrial scale where operations involve longer run times (reduced filter changeouts) across a variety of industries. Size 3 (4”x 9”) is used in low flow or batch filtration. Often used in compact or mobile equipment for point of use filtration. Typically used in lab-scale trials, sampling systems and compact processing lines. Size 4 (4”x15”) features a slightly higher capacity than size 3 making it suitable for pilot plants or small batch runs.
