Where is your warehouse?

All filters are shipped from Hampshire, United Kingdom.

What is the delivery time?

Orders received before 2pm (Mon-Fri) are shipped same day on a next working day service. Shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and some other areas can take longer depending on the location and frequency of service. Pallet shipments might take an extra day depending on location. Please contact us for a delivery estimate if your order is urgent.

Transit times for international shipments are calculated on checkout page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. You can also collect your order from our warehouse on ex works basis. Please contact us directly on sales@claribag.co.uk if you would like to place an order for ex works collection.

My order has been delayed?

Shipments can sometimes get delayed due to events outside of our control. We will always keep you updated on delivery progress. You can also contact our sales team for an update.

What is the shipping cost?

UK customers:

Free on orders over £50.00

International customers:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

How is the shipment packed?

Depends on the size of the order. Filter bags are packed in boxes of 50 or 100 depending on filter bag size. Filter housings are packed in heavy weight cardboard boxes and pelletised if required.

Items that I need are showing partial stock?

Please order the quantity you require, we will send a partial shipment for stock items and balance items will go on back order. Standard lead time is 15 - 25 working days.

What is the lead time on items that are not in stock?

Stock is replenished regularly and standard lead time is indicated on product pages. Please get in touch with us if your requirement is urgent.
